JOIN A CAMP
Adult Boot Camp 
- If you are looking for a group camp that trains you like an athlete even if you are not on a team or currently playing any sports, Adult Boot Camp is the camp for you.
- Each session includes elements of agility, speed, power, strength, core work, and cardio conditioning. Boot Camp will include a warm-up, core exercises, circuit training, and a cool down.
- Each week will incorporate new exercises that challenge the body in a different way.
- The Power Performance System makes these camps a success for people of all skill levels.
Sports Performance Camps
- These camps will give each participant the tools they need to compete at a higher level.
- After the athletes have learned the key exercise, most of the work can then be done at home.
- Following the Power Performance System, education is the key. Athletes will be given “homework” each week to make sure they are continuing to
better themselves physically.
- Our goal is to improve each athlete's speed, agility, conditioning, balance, flexibility, core and functional strength.
- There is also an emphasis on nutrition to ensure the athletes are well rounded.
- We also ensure each workout will include a proper warm-up and cool down as well as protective exercises for the shoulders, elbows, and knees.

- If one of our camps does not meet your needs, contact us to create your own camp.
- We will come to your site and bring the necessary training equipment to provide you with the same experience as any of our other camps.
- If you can provide the space, we will work with your schedule and goals to set up a camp that caters to your needs.
- Each camp will utilize the Power Performance System regardless of location.
